Return policy

All Sales are Final. No returns or exchanges except for if flaws in workmanship are found. 

If an item arrives damaged, please contact esgiftstoronto@gmail.com within 72 hrs of receiving the item. Just let us know what happened and attach a picture. We'll get it taken care of ASAP.
